Heat Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC)
HVAC is the technology of indoor and vehicular environmental comfort. Our system is Bespoke units utilizing years of experience in design, operation and maintenance. With a minimum life expectancy of 20 years DYNAC’s AHUs are renowned the world over. They can be found on a range of offshore and onshore installations forming the heart of many HVAC systems that require a anti-corrosive construction suitable for the most hostile of environments. For offshore the whole unit is manufactured from high grade 316L stainless steel, however in the current economic climate we can also utilize other cost-effective materials.
Pressure Equipment
A pressure vessel, as a type of unit, is one of the most important components in industrial and petrochemical process plants. In the broad sense, the term pressure vessel encompasses a wide range of unit heat exchangers, reactors, storage vessels, columns, separation vessels, etc.
Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE)
ACHE is vital systems used across industries to cool process fluids by transferring heat to ambient air. These exchangers offer cost-effective cooling solutions. They find widespread use in various sectors, handling high pressure, temperature, and corrosive environments. Our exchangers feature specially designed fins for efficient heat transfer, ensuring effective cooling.
Shell Tube Heat Exchanger (STHE)
STHE are ubiquitous in various industries, favored for their suitability in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They comprise two main components: the shell and the tubes. Fluid flows through the tubes while another fluid passes over them (within the shell), facilitating heat transfer between them. Our design process involves two key aspects: thermal design, often conducted using software like HTRI, and mechanical design, utilizing tools like PV Elite.
Diesel & Gas Engine Generator (DEG)
Our capabilities cover Zone 2 hazardous areas and safe areas, with expertise in custom-designed power generation packages. Our in-house team manages project management, consultation, design engineering, fabrication, and installation, utilizing advanced software and facilities.
Electrical Control Panel
Our in-house Control Division at DYNAC was established to meet our own Electrical Control System needs. Over time, its quality and service have garnered recognition from other companies, leading us to supply control panels independently. This division benefits customers by offering fully coordinated control solutions under one roof, ensuring confidence in equipment orders. We build and commission control panels of all sizes, adhering to international safety standards.
